From catastrophic accidents injuries creating severe disabilities, wrongful deaths to limited injury from less serious accidents. Cases are accepted on contingency based fee agreements. So there is never an out of pocket charge to the client, win or lose.
We have relationships with high powered Plaintiff's law firms, who have regularly obtained six and seven figures settlements or verdicts for our clients. We find the firm that is best suited to the client's accident or injury, and we stay involved in the case, at no extra charge, ready to answer any questions on progres. Typically, since we charge a percentage of recovery, the fees you pay will not increase simply because we are getting you the best representation we can find.
In moderate or smaller collision cases, we will keep the case in house, which allows smaller cases, with lesser injured clients a better chance for financial recovery, in a legal system that otherwise favors the rich.
